The program was developed in accordance with the documents: ICAO Doc 9981 (Third Edition. 2020) ICAO Doc 10066 (First Edition. 2018) EUR Doc 041 (Guidance material on issuing a snow warning SNOWTAM)

The program monitors the preparation of an application and blocks the simultaneous publication of two or more applications for one airfield. The following are subject to automatic control: runway, taxiway and apron designations. An aerodrome service specialist carries out visual inspection and submits an application for publication.
Each user of the program has its own interface. Depending on the functions performed. A user-friendly interface makes the work of the airfield service more efficient. You only need to log into your personal account.
